How will my orders be shipped?

We provide safe, reliable and fast with DHL International and General Logistics Systems Germany (GLS).

120cm length packets, we always ship with GLS - are excluded via 40kg packages, since they must be sent with spedition.

We will inform you the latest in the shipping confirmation email with which logistics partner we will ship your order. In this email you can also find a link to further prosecution for the package on the website of the respective logistics partner.

The delivery time is within Germany 1-2 business days.

Shipping to Germany:

From 75, - € we deliver free of charge within Germany!

On orders under 75, - € we charge 4,90 € (incl. 19% VAT.).

An exception is the delivery of parcels over 40kg, with 79, - € will be charged shipping freight forwarding (including 19% VAT.).

Shipping costs European Union:

*No additional duties or fees are incurred only import turnover tax must be paid by the recipient. The delivery time is 4-7 business days.

Important note for disposal of packaging (Germany only)
If you have questions about disposal of your packaging, please contact us. Important information about our offer of payment:

- Prepayment: With this payment method we allow, in principle, regardless of order value, a discount of 3% on the entire order. This discount will be displayed immediately after you select the payment method in your shopping cart.

- PayPal: We only ship to the Paypal registered address! If you have chosen to pay by Paypal, you can use any number of possibilities that Paypal offers. Payments should be sent to the e-mail address zahlung [at] kitevalley.de.

- sofortüberweisung.de: This is an easy-to-use direct-transfer process, on the safety of online banking, and safety-tested data protection. For more information about this payment system found on the side of Payment Network AG. 

- Cash on: This payment is only available in Germany. The applicable shipping costs will be charged € 9.90 delivery fee, which reflect our costs. An additional fee of 2.50 € is in addition to a referral fee upon delivery. The Barnachnahmeverfahren we offer both our logistics partner for the same price.

- Account: This payment method is only valid in Germany for universities, public institutions and authorities. This is also enshrined in our terms of service.

- Bar / debit card payment: This payment can be used in our store in Alfeld (Leine) to our opening times. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
